    I have spent alot of time in the cold. All my life under dressed and feezing doing activities far from shelter. On a regular basis have had uncontrollable shivering and chattering from cold. I can tell you that it has been no benefit in my life to experience cold to the point of hyperthermia. In fact i believe the cold has caused injury due to muscle contraction.

    Extremely poor coaching by Juan. Matt should not have had a heavy bell for these moves that he's not familiar with. That TGU was painful to watch, and it's a good thing he didn't get injured. Terrible form. I hope people aren't watching this and thinking this is how you do these exercises.

    this didn’t help me… a beginner at all. First off the dude doing the exercise is going way too fast… you also aren’t explaining what muscles he’s activating. This is why usually it’s best to have the person doing the workout actually being the one talking instead of some “coach”
